Onida Company launches iTube Android TVs
MIRC Electronics Limited, the maker of Onida brand electronic goods, has launched the 'country's first' Android smart 3D LED TV here Monday. This Onida iTube powered by Android allows users to access large number of apps available.The television set comes with 70MB inbuilt memory and facility to access internet.
Speaking on the occasion, president, MIRC Electronics, sales and services, Sanjeev K Jain said that 3D and internet LED TV is a rapidly growing segment, and iTube TV comes out tops as compared to products available in the market.
He also said that dual processing technology would allow the customers to download and watch TV without any compromise and this would have termondous response from customers. `The starting price of the set is Rs 47,000 and goes up to Rs 68,300.
